SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. SHIPPING
We do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
Products that are in stock are dispatched to our contracted courier within 3–5 business days following order confirmation.
For pre-order items, we offer worldwide shipping, with delivery expected within 15 business days.
International delivery fees vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
Standard Delivery (selected countries)
Orders are expected to be delivered within 2–6 business days after the dispatch.
2. TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that international shipping could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities. They shall be borne directly by the Customer upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.
ZEYNEP TOSUN cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments.
REFUSED DELIVERY
If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
3. DELIVERY
ZEYNEP TOSUN shall have the right to split the Order into multiple shipments, according to the availability of the Products for delivery, and the Customer will receive the Products separately upon their availability to be shipped.
As soon as the purchased Product is shipped, the Customer shall receive an e-mail to the address indicated in the Order. Such e-mail shall contain a shipment tracking code and an exclusive link that will allow the Customer to real-time monitor the delivery by the authorised courier company.

The Customer shall bear the risk of loss or damage to the Products from the moment in which he/she, or a third party appointed by the Customer and other than the carrier, physically takes possession of such Products.
4. PRODUCT CONFORMITY
At the time of delivery, the Customer is required to check the Products in order to ascertain that they match the articles ordered and that they do not show any manufacturing defects or lack of conformity. The sale of Products is subject to the legal guarantees provided for under the applicable laws, as well as to any additional contractual warranties possibly provided to the Customer.
