RETURNS
If you would like to return a product, please follow the instructions below:
Please notify us on sales@zeyneptosun.com providing your order's number and detail of your return or please fill out online return & exchange form.
We only accept written exchange and return requests. Refund and exchange requests are not accepted over the phone.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products sold with end-of-season discounts.
Sezon sonu indirimleriyle satılan ürünlerde iade veya değişim kabul edilmemektedir.
You received a return proforma together with your invoice. Please fill out and sign the return proforma and together with return proforma put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and ship it by a secure shipping service to the following address:

You can return any item purchased on zeyneptosun.com within 14 days from the date of dispatch. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please note that the return should include the original packaging without any damage.
Products that are incomplete, damaged (including the box), or not delivered on time cannot be returned.
Eksik, hasarlı (orijinal paketi dahil) veya zamanında gelmeyen ürünler iade yapılmaz.
In all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping process. To track the progress of your return, we kindly request you to share your shipping information with us.
Please note that the costs and risks involved in the return of items are borne by the sender. ''Zeynep Tosun Tekstil Tasarım İmalat ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti.'' cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel.
Each item must be returned in perfect condition, with box, dust bag and cover as received from ''Zeynep Tosun Tekstil Tasarım İmalat ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti.''
If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original condition.
Pre-order and made-to-order items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification.
We are not able to accept returns of Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items.

EXCHANGES
Please notify us on sales@zeyneptosun.com providing your order's number and detail of your exchange or please fill out online return & exchange form.
Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size within the same model. To check the product’s availability, please contact us at sales@zeyneptosun.com. If the item is available we will hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
REFUND
In order for the quality control to accept the return, the product must be returned in the full condition in its original packing, undamaged, unaltered, not worn, with all original tags, accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
Once our quality control team has approved the return, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. The buyer bears the shipment expenses.
For the refunds, your bank determines the time when your return payment will be reflected to your account and we do not have any control on this issue.
Online Sales, Exchange, and Return Policy for White Dresses
Due to the delicate nature of white dresses and their tendency to stain easily, all online orders are carefully packaged. Once the package is opened, returns or exchanges will not be accepted, even for the slightest stains that may occur.
If you are unsure about sizing, you are welcome to visit our Showroom to try on a sample, or consult our size guide and customer service team for assistance before placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately we do not accept any return and exchange currently due to custom purposes. unless an item is damaged or faulty.
